WM x Circle of Excellence: Portugal

The Circle of Excellence is WM’s annual recognition program celebrating outstanding performance and leadership across the organization. In 2025, recipients are invited to Portugal for an immersive, week-long celebration trip featuring signature awards dinners, gifting experiences, and sightseeing tours. I serve as the creative lead for branding the program, designing the VI system, defining the visual language tone, and overseeing all event-related creative. ‍ ‍‍ ‍
